Are there templates I can refer to when preparing my files?

We have a series of Artwork Templates with specific layout guides, bleeds and type safety margins for each project. Do note these guidelines are for your reference only. Depending on the design of your artwork, you can make adjustments to suit your project. If you are using the templates provided, please remember to delete or hide the layout guides before exporting the PDF.

Do you have a maximum file size for upload?

Yes, please make sure your PDF do not exceed 100MB. If you are experiencing issues uploading because the file is too big, please follow the step-by-step instructions in File Preparation on how to flatten your document without affecting the quality of print.

What format should I save my file in?

We request for high resolution, print quality PDFs. If you are not sure how, please follow the export settings in File Preparation. Booklets and 2-sided prints should be prepared as individual pages in one PDF. For 2-sided prints, we take page 1 as the front and page 2 as the back. If printing a booklet, please provide all individual pages in a single PDF, with the pages in the order of how the booklet will be read.

What resolution should I save my images in?

We recommend images to be saved at 300 DPI. Please refer to Image Resolution for more details on how you should prepare your images to achieve high quality prints.

Paper And Finishing

What is paper stock and card stock?

Paper used for different purposes, expressed in weight. It is represented as grammes per square metre (gsm). Paper stock or text stock, usually used for writing and printing is recommended to be between 60 to 120gsm. Anything heavier than this is considered card stock, which is used for name cards, postcards and greeting cards.


Can I change my order after confirmation?

Orders cannot be changed once processed. Please make sure you check your proof before confirming your order, if not any request for change will not be honoured.

How long does it take to receive a custom quote?

Depending on the complexity of your quote request, usually our estimates are done within 24 hours.

If there is a defect, can I get a refund?

If you find a defect in your print that is our responsibility, we will re-run your order at no additional cost. A full refund will not be possible once production has started. The refund will be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with your order. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

I need to print something urgently, how do I indicate on my order?

Drop us a message regarding your urgent order and we’ll see how we can assist you.

Is there a minimum order?

We keep our minimum quantity as low as possible to make online printing more accessible for small businesses and students.


What kind of printing do you offer?

We provide digital printing, a method of printing in which the data and images are printed directly from the computer onto paper. At the moment we do not offer large format prints. Our digital printers print up to 297x420mm. If you require large format printing, please drop us a message and we’ll work something out.

File Check

Will you send me a proof before printing my order?

If you have opt for Soft Proof, we will provide you with a PDF Soft Proof within 24 hours, on working days only, after we have received your file upload. Hard Proofs are available for Next-Day Delivery or Standard Delivery at additional costs. For colour critical orders, we highly recommend you to order a hard proof to ensure colour accuracy.

Do I really need a proof?

We strongly recommend you to check through one last time before confirming your order. The proof is important because errors such as spelling mistakes and incorrect layout can be corrected before the final print. After approving the proof, your order will be processed and no changes will be allowed.

Delivery And Turnaround

Are there any additional costs for delivery?

Delivery for orders above $50 is complimentary, otherwise a flat fee of S$10 will be charged for delivery.

Can I opt for self-collection?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical retail store and we are unable to accommodate self-collection at our production house.

How long does delivery usually take?

There are three Delivery options to choose from.
Standard Delivery – 3 Days
Express Delivery – 1 Day

Depending on which delivery option you choose. Delivery is scheduled after your last production day. For example if you confirm the proof by 9AM Singapore time with One-Day Production Time and Express Delivery, the job will be sent out for delivery that same day. However if you confirm the proof with One-Day Production time after 9AM, the job will be scheduled for delivery the next working day.

Delivery hours are from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. If you have an urgent delivery, drop us a message with your print requirements and delivery details, and we will try our best to work something out for you.
